This project aims to enhance sustainable employment opportunities for Jordanian youth, including recent graduates and job seekers, by offering integrated services that empower and support them. It also encourages employers and supports their businesses to facilitate employment and create a youth-supportive labor market environment.

Project Objectives:

1. Training young men and women in the skills required to enter the labor market.
2. Creating job opportunities for recent graduates and linking them with employers.
3. Building professional networks between youth and employers.
4. Empowering youth with the skills and knowledge needed for career development.
