In a distinguished meeting at Dar Al-Saraya Museum in Irbid Governorate, Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah met with members of Muhafazati Foundation for Volunteering and Training and a number of beneficiaries of its programs.
Her Majesty expressed deep appreciation for the efforts of the volunteers who illuminate the paths of Jordan with their strong will and continuous determination, noting that their work helps reduce social gaps and break barriers between different segments of society.

      Her Majesty said:

“I wanted to meet you today to get to know you better and to listen to your stories, but most importantly, I am here to thank the volunteers of Muhafazati who light up Jordan with their efforts and determination. Your remarkable work has contributed to narrowing gaps and breaking isolation between segments of society, whether through the Hirfati project, which connects generations’ skills, or by providing knowledge to those who need it and opening channels of communication between urban, rural, and other areas.”

      She added:

“What stands out about this initiative is the diversity of its fields of work and its focus on empowering others, which increases our admiration for it. Teaching skills and empowering individuals generally requires far more effort than merely providing a service, making a repair, or giving something away. You did not choose the easy or obvious paths; rather, you chose to contribute to creating sustainable change.”
